American Express Platinum Card: Lufthansa Lounge Access Restricted to Frequent Flyers

Lufthansa has been granting access to its airport lounges for holders of the American Express Platinum Card. However, this will soon be a thing of the past. The airline wants and intends to keep its frequent flyers among themselves.
