Berenberg Bank: Financial Regulator Replaces Entire Management Board

Hamburg’s Berenberg Bank, the oldest independent private bank in Germany, will have to operate without its three previous heads starting this Friday. The financial regulator BaFin is replacing them with two special representatives.
