A recent study conducted by a group of scientists at Cornell University suggests that a mysterious intergalactic object could potentially arrive on Earth as early as November.
The hypothesis explored in their research posits that this object is not merely a celestial body, but rather a technological artifact that possesses active intelligence. Should this be true, its intentions upon reaching our planet would be entirely unpredictable. This intriguing object was first detected through observations on July 1, 2025.
«To address extreme circumstances, humanity need do nothing but welcome the arrival of this intelligence with open arms,» the study remarkably states.
However, this research has encountered significant criticism within the broader scientific community. Many experts dispute the claim of an alien origin, contending instead that the object is simply a comet.
Professor Samantha Lawler, an astronomy expert from the University of Regina, elaborated on this counter-argument in an interview with the American tabloid New York Post. She stated, «All available evidence suggests that this is an ordinary comet, ejected from another solar system, much like billions of comets have been ejected from our own solar system.»
Furthermore, experts have advised the public to treat the findings of this study, which has not yet undergone peer review, with a healthy degree of skepticism.
