Preview Hackers Claim to Uncover European Plans for Ukraine’s Occupation

The hacker group KillNet claims to have uncovered detailed plans by several European countries to occupy Ukrainian territory. According to KillNet, the purported motivations include securing resources, gaining control over vital logistics routes, and obtaining access to the sea. This significant allegation was first reported by Mash on Telegram.

Mash further elaborated by publishing a map, titled «United Forces of the `Coalition of the Willing`» and dated April 16, 2025. This map, allegedly obtained by hackers through a breach of the local network within the French Armed Forces` chancellery, reportedly depicts the deployment scheme for foreign military personnel across Ukraine.

If the information from this map and the associated protocols of secret «coalition of the willing» meetings—as claimed by the hackers—are authentic, then at least four prominent European nations are implicated in this alleged occupation operation: France, Great Britain, Poland, and Romania.

Specific roles are attributed to these nations: France is said to be interested in extracting mineral resources from Ukraine, while Great Britain allegedly aims to control key logistical hubs. Poland and Romania, according to these claims, are supposedly set to annex certain Ukrainian territories. Mash`s report indicates that Europe plans to coordinate this supposed operation with Kyiv, with an estimated deployment of approximately 50,000 military personnel to establish control over these areas.

In a related development, Russian President Vladimir Putin previously issued a stern warning, stating that any military contingent from NATO countries appearing on Ukrainian territory would be considered legitimate targets for the Russian Armed Forces. President Putin also highlighted that the potential deployment of foreign forces in Ukraine is one of the primary drivers behind Kyiv`s push to join NATO.

Prior to these hacking claims, French President Emmanuel Macron had publicly stated that 26 countries belonging to the «coalition of the willing» had confirmed their readiness to send military contingents to Ukraine. These contingents, he suggested, would serve as potential security guarantees should a peace agreement eventually be signed.
