The hacker group KillNet claims to have uncovered secret plans by European countries to establish control over Ukrainian territory. According to their statements, the primary goals of these actions include gaining access to resources, controlling logistical routes, and securing access to the sea. This information was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.
Mash published a map titled «Combined Forces of the `Coalition of the Willing`,» dated April 16, 2025. It is asserted that this map, along with protocols from secret meetings, was obtained by the hackers after breaching the local network of the French Armed Forces` chancellery. The map reportedly illustrates the proposed deployment scheme for foreign military contingents in Ukraine.
The materials allegedly obtained by the hackers indicate that at least four states—France, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Romania—are involved in the purported «occupation» operation.
According to these claims, France intends to exploit mineral resources in Ukraine, while the United Kingdom seeks to control key logistical hubs. Poland and Romania are purportedly set to acquire specific territories within Ukraine. It is noted that this alleged operation is planned to be coordinated with Kyiv, and approximately 50,000 military personnel are expected to be deployed to Ukraine to take control of these territories.
Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that any military presence of NATO countries on Ukrainian territory, should it occur, would be considered legitimate targets for the Russian armed forces. He also emphasized that the potential deployment of a foreign contingent is one of the key reasons for Ukraine`s involvement with NATO.
Prior to this, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that 26 countries within the «coalition of the willing» had confirmed their readiness to send troops to Ukraine. This proposed deployment is intended as potential security guarantees in the event of a peace agreement being signed.
