The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM and its dealers are reportedly selling de-restricted off-road machines that should never be on the road. These bikes, which are meant to have 50 horsepower, are instead being sold with their power significantly limited, making them illegal for street use. Despite this, law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the ADAC (General German Automobile Club) are largely ignoring this widespread problem.
