Roland Weißmann, the Director-General of the Austrian public broadcaster ORF, is stepping down from his position. According to his lawyer, he was pressured to do so by the broadcaster’s supervisory body, the Foundation Council. This decision comes amidst allegations of sexual harassment made by a female employee, claims that Weißmann vehemently denies.
