For many decades, the Iranian regime has been bolstered and protected by a network of militant groups, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. This «shadow army,» once a vital bulwark for Tehran, now appears to be losing its efficacy and can no longer provide the same level of assistance to the Iranian capital.
